Delivery & Pickup Information
We offer delivery and pickup services for an additional charge. Our standard service hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Base delivery rates begin at $170, and final pricing is determined by your zip code, the quantity of rental items, and the resources required to complete the delivery or pickup. For a personalized quote, please reach out to one of our event specialists.

After-Hours Delivery & Pickup
Deliveries or pickups requested outside of our regular hours (before 9:00 AM or after 5:00 PM) can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact our team to discuss options and availability.
Holiday Deliveries & Pickups
Deliveries or pickups scheduled on observed holidays will incur a charge equal to at least twice the standard rate. Recognized holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New
Year’s Day.
Time-Specific or Priority Requests
While we generally deliver between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM on weekdays, specific delivery or pickup times can be requested for an additional fee and are subject to scheduling availability. We’ll do our best to accommodate your timing needs.
Hauling & Access Fees
Our delivery rates assume direct access to your location (e.g., driveway, garage, or loading dock). If additional effort is required—such as long carries or stairs—extra hauling fees may apply.
Set-Up and Take-Down Services
Items like tables, chairs, and linens do not include setup or takedown unless arranged in advance. If you’d like us to handle this, please coordinate with your event specialist prior to delivery so we can adjust our schedule and pricing accordingly.
Site Inspections
For complex installations, we may recommend a site inspection in advance.
